Vanessa Hopkins thrives in inclusive spaces — and if they don’t exist, she creates them.
With over three decades of strategic, purpose-driven leadership across marketing, media, and culture-building, Vanessa has helped shape the direction of global brands like AT&T, P&G, PepsiCo, General Motors, and McDonald’s. Known as a “Swiss Army Knife” for her versatility across Account Management, Strategy, Investment, and Inclusive Brand Development, she delivers sustainable, results-oriented strategies in fast-paced environments.
Her commitment to inclusive excellence led to the launch of The Cultural Effect, Inc., a consultancy dedicated to building marketing ecosystems where everyone feels seen and valued, and Coaching Life’s Journey, LLC, a coaching practice that helps individuals and organizations grow through intentional, people-first development.
She’s also the Co-Owner and President of Operations for the Carolina Stars Women’s Tackle Football Team, where she brings her leadership to the field — fostering an inclusive team culture and advancing equity and visibility for women in sports.
